This guide is for drone maintainers who are responsible for ensuring that the drones in their fleet are operational and performing as expected. This guide covers weekly and monthly operations, as well as sensors control.

Weekly operations

  1. Perform a pre-flight inspection of all drones in the fleet.

  2. Perform a general inspection of the drones, looking for any damage or abnormalities.

  3. Check the battery levels of all drones and charge/replace batteries as necessary.

  4. Update the flight plans of all drones in the fleet.

  5. Perform basic system checks, such as checking the drone's GPS signal and ensuring that all systems are operational.

Monthly operations

  1. Perform a detailed inspection of all drones in the fleet, looking for any damage or abnormalities.

  2. Check the battery levels of all drones and charge/replace batteries as necessary.

  3. Update the flight plans of all drones in the fleet.

  4. Perform basic system checks, such as checking the drone's GPS signal and ensuring that all systems are operational.

  5. Update the firmware of all drones in the fleet.

  6. Perform a deep-clean of all drones in the fleet.

Sensors control

  1. Inspect the sensors on all drones in the fleet and ensure that they are clean and in good working order.

  2. An LED next to the humidity sensor will blink red in case of humidity inside the case of the drone.

  3. Clean the sensors using the official cleaning product.

  4. Remove dust from the microphone grill.
